This Agreement is made between:
You (the “Contributor”) and TradeSource360, a platform currently in development, operated by its founder and leadership team.
By submitting this form or offering your time and skills to support the development of TradeSource360 in any way — including (but not limited to) design, development, content creation, research, marketing, or strategy — you agree to the following terms:
1. Nature of Relationship
- You are joining voluntarily, and no payment or compensation is promised at this time.
- This contribution does not create an employment, contractor, or partnership relationship.
- You are free to stop contributing at any time, and we will respect your decision.
2. Ownership of Work
- All contributions made to TradeSource360 — including code, content, designs, research, or strategies — become the exclusive intellectual property of TradeSource360 and its founder.
- You agree that your work can be used, modified, and published as part of the TradeSource360 platform or brand.
- You waive any personal claim to the use, ownership, or resale of your contributed work within this context.
3. Confidentiality
- You agree to keep confidential any private or internal information shared with you — including platform roadmaps, monetization plans, user data, or technical designs.
- You will not share or distribute any private TradeSource360 materials outside the team without written permission.
4. Attribution
- You may be publicly recognized on the platform (e.g., “Founding Contributor,” “Volunteer Team”) if you opt in.
- You are allowed to list your role in your CV or portfolio (e.g., “Volunteer Contributor, TradeSource360”) with a brief description of your contributions.
5. Non-Competition
- You agree not to reuse or clone the ideas, code, or structure of TradeSource360 to build a competing platform without express written permission.
6. Good Faith Clause
- You agree to act in good faith to support the vision of the platform and not act in ways that harm its growth, reputation, or safety.
- TradeSource360 reserves the right to remove any contributor who violates these terms or engages in unethical behavior.
7. Future Opportunities
- While no compensation is offered now, contributors may be considered for future paid roles, partnerships, or equity, based on involvement, trust, and mutual agreement.
- This agreement does not guarantee any future compensation, but your support will be highly valued.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
- This agreement is governed by the legal standards of Nigeria and the United Kingdom, depending on the context of enforcement.
- Any disputes will first be addressed informally and privately before considering legal steps.
By joining the TradeSource360 volunteer team, you confirm that:
- You understand and accept the terms above
- You are contributing voluntarily and in good faith
- You assign all relevant work to the platform as part of its future development
